Southeast Asia

Develop a market-specific plan for Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore. Use the local audience, offer and route to purchase to decide where and how to begin.

Planning across Southeast Asian markets

These markets belong in a regional plan, but they should not be treated as one advertising audience. Language, product availability, customer service and the buying destination need to be defined for each launch. Start by identifying the markets your business can serve well now. A focused test in a prepared market can produce more useful evidence than spreading investment across several markets with different unresolved operating questions.

Market-specific preparation

Define the operating requirements alongside the advertising opportunity.

Thailand

Define the local audience, language and next action. Align the campaign with the people responsible for enquiries, orders or appointments.

Vietnam

Review how the offer will be explained and where customers will complete the next step. Confirm the local service and delivery arrangements.

Indonesia

Specify the locations and audiences within the brief rather than treating national reach as a complete plan. Check fulfilment coverage and localised assets.

Philippines

Match the proposition and destination with the selected audience. Review the language, location and customer support required by the campaign.

Malaysia

Identify the audience and language needs for the offer. Coordinate the media plan with product availability and the relevant purchase or enquiry route.

Cambodia

Confirm the target locations, locally appropriate explanation and response process. Agree a practical test scope and the evidence needed to assess it.

Singapore

Define whether the offer serves local customers, regional decision-makers or both. Match the message and conversion route to that audience, and confirm the sales or service team responsible for follow-up.

Sharing learning without copying every decision

Use consistent outcome definitions across markets, while retaining the local context that explains the result. Compare the offer, investment, timing and readiness as well as media efficiency. A message or channel that works in one market is a hypothesis for another, not an automatic rollout instruction. Record what was tested and what needs adapting before expanding.
